Report on Product Stability Study Results

Stability is a core factor of product quality. It is evaluated based on the results of a series of chemical, physical, and microbiological tests. Stability studies are conducted to ensure that the product consistently meets quality standards when stored under specified recommended conditions.

According to the stability study results issued by the National Institute for Food Safety Testing under the Ministry of Health, SOFAVI’s Sorbitol 70% product is qualified for circulation. The estimated shelf life of the product is 5 years and 6 months (when stored at 25°C).
