NOTICE OF SHARE TRANSFER OF VINACHEM AT SOFAVI

France–Vietnam Sorbitol Joint Stock Company (abbreviated as SOFAVI) hereby announces that Vietnam National Chemical Group (VINACHEM), a founding shareholder of SOFAVI, will carry out the transfer of its capital investment in France–Vietnam Sorbitol Joint Stock Company with the following details:

  1. Subscription period:
    From 08:00 on May 7, 2024 to 16:00 on May 17, 2024 (business days)
  2. Value of shares at SOFAVI:
    VND 71,262,030,000, equivalent to 43.18% of the charter capital of France–Vietnam Sorbitol Joint Stock Company
  3. Starting auction price:
    VND 13,031/share
    (Thirteen thousand thirty-one Vietnamese dong per share)
  4. Auction date and time:
    09:00 on May 27, 2024
  5. Payment and deposit refund period:
    From May 28, 2024 to June 3, 2024
