Lam Son Sai Gon Partnership Auction Company hereby announces the auction of the following asset:

2. Asset owner:
Tay Ninh 30-4 One Member Limited Liability Company
Address: National Highway 22B, Long Yen Hamlet, Long Thanh Nam Commune, Hoa Thanh Town, Tay Ninh Province.

3. Asset:
Transfer of 1,923,300 contributed shares of Tay Ninh 30-4 One Member Limited Liability Company in France–Vietnam Sorbitol Joint Stock Company.

4. Starting price:
VND 13,164/share
Equivalent to VND 25,318,321,200 for 1,923,300 shares.

5. Deposit and application fee:
Deposit: VND 5,063,664,000
(Five billion sixty-three million six hundred sixty-four thousand Vietnamese dong)

8. Auction method:
Online auction – ascending bid method

• Minimum bid increment:
  VND 100/share
  Equivalent to VND 192,330,000 per step

Valid bid formula:
Valid bid = Starting price + n × bid increment (n = 1, 2, 3…)

• • First bid ≥ starting price
  • Subsequent bids must be higher than the previous valid bid by at least one increment

• Auction procedure:
  Participants enter and confirm bids via the online system. Multiple bids are allowed within the auction time.

  The winner is the participant with:

  • The highest valid bid (not lower than starting price), and
  • The earliest recorded time in case of equal bids
