Amid the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic—also the most severe outbreak in 2021, marked by extremely complex developments, numerous difficulties, and unprecedented challenges—the Board of Directors and all employees of SOFAVI united in upholding the spirit of “discipline and solidarity,” turning risks into opportunities. Together, they overcame obstacles and successfully achieved the dual goals of ensuring safe pandemic prevention while maintaining efficient business operations and production.

Promoting the Spirit of “Discipline and Solidarity”
In the face of difficulties and challenges caused by the complex developments of the pandemic, in order to maintain effective business operations and production, the Board of Directors and all employees of SOFAVI united to promote and spread the spirit of “discipline and solidarity” across all departments and individuals.
We strictly complied with government regulations on pandemic prevention and control. The Company promptly and effectively implemented the “3-on-site” model (on-site production, on-site isolation, and on-site accommodation) and adhered to the Ministry of Health’s “5K” guidelines. All employees working at the factory were fully equipped with personal protective equipment such as hand sanitizers, masks, gloves, etc., and were provided with clear safety instructions for both work and daily activities at the plant. Regular testing was conducted, and employees were required to submit daily health declarations to the HR department and via the Ministry of Health’s electronic health applications.
At SOFAVI, human resources are one of the key factors directly impacting business and production efficiency. Therefore, supporting and caring for employees’ well-being is essential. In addition to providing full daily meals, coffee, and milk, SOFAVI also created opportunities for employees to relax after working hours and on weekends. This helps employees maintain good health and a positive, comfortable working mindset.
